Lighthouse Christian Academy
Montgomery, AL

Lighthouse Sailors
Set Course

Students in grades 3rd through 8th grade are tested each year with the Iowa Assessment Achievement Test and Cognitive Ability Test (CogAt).  The Iowa Assessment is a nationally recognized standardized test that compares students' academic achievement throughout the United States, private and public. We hold that Christian education is a mandate from God for the family (Matthew 28:18-20).
The mission of Lighthouse Christian Academy is to equip its students spiritually, academically, and physically to fulfill God's purpose for their lives.  As a ministry of Lighthouse Church, our goal is simple - love.  Loving God and loving others.

Christian education is a mandate from God for the family (Matthew 28:18-20). Because of Scripture verses like Proverbs 19:27,22:6, Deuteronomy 6:5-9, and Colossians 2:8, we are to provide an atmosphere more conducive to the precepts of the Bible.
Lighthouse Christian Academy uses a traditional approach to educating students, using the BJU Press and Purposeful Design curriculum for 2-Year-olds (Pre-K)  through the 8th grade.
